Never again.
Store staff was polite, but product quality is going down. I had a pair of well treated work shoes crack through the sole at about 2 years. Lots of tread left, just cracked through.
Same story at the store.
Store said they can't do anything about soles, because chemicals (BS, I've had cheap Florsheim's last much longer, and not fail the soles, on the same factory floor). They did give me a discount on a replacement pair, and unfortunately I bought another pair. Well, those lasted even less than a year.
The woman there is so kind and patient. I really have a great shopping experience there. Strongly recommend this store!

I had to get specific boots for work and the woman who helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful! I had an excellent experience here and will happily be coming back.
